NASAKI TERRAZZO TILE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Nasaki Terrazzo tiles are manufactured using a modern non-fired technology process, simultaneously meeting requirements for mechanical strength, aesthetics, long-term stability, and green material standards.
The entire production process is strictly controlled at Nasaki Vietnam’s factory, ensuring consistent quality across every production batch.
Step 1: Selection and Pre-treatment of Raw Materials
Raw materials are the foundational factor determining the quality of terrazzo tiles.
- High-quality cement
- Selected natural stone aggregates and industrial by-products

All raw materials are inspected, classified, and preliminarily processed before production to ensure cleanliness, appropriate particle size, and uniformity.
Step 2: Material Proportioning and Mixing
Materials are mixed according to Nasaki’s proprietary technical formulas, tailored for each interior and exterior terrazzo product line.
- Precise control of cement – aggregate – additive ratios
- Specialized material mixing systems
- Ensuring a homogeneous and stable mixture before forming

This stage enables terrazzo tiles to achieve density and mechanical stability from their internal structure.
Step 3: Forming and Hydraulic Pressing
The mixed terrazzo material is molded using a 50-ton hydraulic press.
- High pressing force increases the density of each terrazzo tile
- Minimizes air voids and geometric deviations
This is a critical step that determines load-bearing strength and product longevity.
Step 4: Curing and Structural Stabilization
After pressing, terrazzo tiles are transferred to a standardized curing area.
- Maintaining appropriate humidity and temperature
- Ensuring complete cement hydration
- Enhancing internal bonding and long-term durability
The curing process allows tiles to reach their designed strength before use.
Step 5: Surface Grinding and Finishing
Tile surfaces are ground and processed to meet technical and aesthetic requirements:
- Clearly revealing terrazzo stone structure with uniform patterns
- Flat surfaces with smoothness tailored to each product line
- Enhanced anti-slip performance

This stage determines the visual quality and practical applicability of the tiles.
Step 6: Quality Inspection and Classification
Before leaving the factory, Nasaki terrazzo tiles undergo rigorous inspection:
- Compressive strength and abrasion resistance
- Flatness and geometric dimensions
- Color consistency and surface finish

Only products that meet technical standards are released to the market.
Step 7: Packaging and Dispatch
Qualified tiles are packaged, stored, and dispatched according to each order:
- Clear classification by specifications and product types
- Ensuring safety during transportation
- Meeting delivery schedules for large-scale projects
The production process of Nasaki Terrazzo tiles is a combination of modern technology, manufacturing expertise, and a commitment to sustainable development. Each terrazzo tile not only meets technical requirements but also delivers aesthetic value and long-term performance for construction projects.
